I'm going to do a little bit different. I don't know if you guys noticed or not but

I'm starting to change my exercise routine. I'm still doing yoga but I'm doing a lot more

strength training on my legs. So that's what I'm going to show you guys today. Some different

techniques that you can do for your legs. So you always want to do a little bit of
